Since we understand that upon receiving an item, you may realize that you ordered the wrong item, you can always return or exchange products. If you have any problems with a product, you can send it to us for repair.
In many cases, we can provide remote support via FarmConnect. With your permission, we can view your screen to check settings, answer questions and provide specific tips.
In some cases, we use TeamViewer. This allows us to temporarily access your screen so we can view it.
This can be done easily via our Repairs / Returns page. Log in with your Partner Login. You will have this if you are a customer of ours. Fill in the online RMA form (this is the repair / return form). After approval, you will receive this form by email, which you should send along with the item. All conditions can be found on the returns page.

Log in using your Partner Login, then navigate to the Download Center (the link is at the top of the menu or under ‘My Account’).
As a dealer, partner or customer, you will receive a Partner Login from your Stienen contact person. If you have not received this, simply request it via the ‘Request Partner Login’ link. Once you have been approved by us, you will receive your username and password by email. Log in and navigate to “My Account” for useful extras: Download centre with manuals, a price list if applicable, and direct contact with our service staff.
The Download Center is a digital library containing user manuals, installation guides and leaflets for all our (available) products.
The Download Center is only accessible after logging in with your Partner Login.
