Do you have one of our control units that requires an update via an EEPROM? Then we have good news. The manual, which was previously only included in print, is now also available online on our website.4
We understand that a physical manual is easily lost, or that you simply don't always have it on hand when you want to perform this update. Some of our older but reliable control computers, such as the KL-6000, PL-9200, PFA-2000, PFA-9200 and up to date PEC-9200, do not have a modern USB port. Updates for these systems are done through a program chip. To provide you with better service, we have now made this quick guide available online.
You can find the manual (abbreviation PUB-B) in several ways:
1. Via the specific computer product page (recommended)
•    Log in with your Partner Login and use the search function on our website via Search or Download Center. Search for the device e.g. KL-6000 or PFV-2000.
•    Navigate to the product page.
•    Scroll down to the manuals section.
•    Look for the attachment named PUB-B. This is the manual for Program Update with Boot-loader.
2. Via the Download Center (Fastest)
•    Search for the abbreviation "PUB".
•    Tip: PUB stands for "Program Update Boot-loader". We don't expect you to remember this at all times, but it's a tip to find the document as quickly as possible.
3. General Search
• You can also use general terms such as EEPROM, Program update, or USB. The search results will then show all devices for which this type of program update is relevant.
With this digital addition, we hope to make maintenance on your equipment even easier. This way, you always have access to the right instructions, anytime and anywhere.
We are continuously working on optimizations; keep an eye on our news, as we expect to announce more developments soon.
