Constant climate

The most important aspect of a healthy climate is good air distribution. This is characterized by calm and constant air flow. The house temperature remains constant and drafts are prevented. Sufficient air exchange is necessary to remove CO2, ammonia, and dust, so that your animals remain healthy. Stienen has developed the AeroWing to optimize air flow in your poultry house under all conditions.

AeroWing: one concept, two versions

There are two versions available within this concept: AeroWing C and AeroWing SC. They are very similar in appearance and share the same aerodynamic properties, but differ in their closing mechanism and degree of control, especially at minimum ventilation.

AeroWing C– Mechanically controlled, stable basic solution

The AeroWing C is a robust air inlet that is opened and closed via the central control. 

• The air throw remains constant and predictable across the entire ventilation range.
• The valve responds directly to the system's control.

• Minimum ventilation is less critical.

AeroWing SC – Spring-closing for maximum control at minimum ventilation

The AeroWing SC is equipped with a spring-closing mechanism. This means that the air inlet closes more effectively when it should be closed. 

• Extra control during minimum ventilation.
• Better sealing when the valve is closed.
• Constant air throw, even at very small opening positions.
• Ideal for changing conditions or cold periods.
• Suitable when precise control of minimum ventilation is crucial.
• Unwanted air intake is completely prevented.
• Provides extra security for automatic climate control.
