Our general terms and conditions have been amended and filed with the Chamber of Commerce.
The amendment only concerns an addition to Article 12 (Liability). This clarifies that Stienen is not liable for damage resulting from the installation, assembly, integration, modification, or adaptation of goods delivered by Stienen, insofar as these activities were not carried out by or on behalf of Stienen.
The other provisions of Article 12 and the rest of the general terms and conditions remain unchanged.
You do not need to take any action to accept this amendment. By accepting the next quotation or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the amended general terms and conditions.
