Improved return policy for Stienen Partners

Satisfied customers are very important to us.
However, it is always possible that your order is incorrect or that defects occur.
In that case, a clear return policy is desirable!

Online return and repair form
As of May 1, we have updated our return policy.
This means it is now faster, easier, and completely digital.
We have already briefly explained this in our general newsletter.

Partner login
First of all, it is important that you have your partner login details to hand.
If you do not have a login, please contact Yessica or Janneke at marketing@stienen.com

Digital
From now on, everything will be digital.
This starts with digitally registering your return/repair via our website Returns / Repairs | Stienen Bedrijfselektronica B.V.
Because you are logged in, a number of fields will be filled in automatically with your details.
Once you have completed the form, you can submit it.
Within a few minutes, you will receive the following at the email address you provided:

  • Confirmation of your return/repair notification
  • Return label and packing slip to include with your package

Once your package has been shipped, we will keep you informed of the status of your return/repair shipment;

  • Notification as soon as the package has arrived at our location
  • Notification that your return/repair is being processed
  • Notification when your return/repair has been completed.

Fast processing
Conditions for smooth and fast processing of your return/repair:

  • Fill in your details as completely as possible.
  • A correct email address is required.

This way, we can keep things clear for you as a Partner!
