New: register returns online
From May 1, 2025, you can easily request returns or repairs online via the Returns/Repairs link: https://www.stienen.com/en/returns-repairs/
This step forward will make registering returns easier, more complete, and ultimately easier to track.
How does it work?
- Visit the link: https://www.stienen.com/en/returns-repairs/. Please note: you must be logged in with your Partner Login.
You will always find the link at the bottom of the website. Then click through to the online form. The online form will be available from May 1st.
- We will check your request
- After approval, you will receive the completed RMA form by email
- Print the RMA form and enclose it with your shipment
- Send the product to our office in Nederweert
